The petitioner has filed the present petition, inter alia, praying that directions be issued to the respondent to release the petitioner on parole for a period of 60 days as the petitioner is required to undergo a surgery for perianal fistula at Deen Dayal Upadhyay Hospital. It is stated that he is required to be admitted to the hospital on 12.10.2019 for the aforesaid purpose. This has been duly verified by the respondent. 3.

In view of the above, the respondents are directed to release the petitioner on a parole for a period of four weeks from the date of release subject to the petitioner furnishing a Personal Bond in the sum of ₹10,000/-

and a surety of an equivalent amount to the satisfaction of the Jail Superintendent.

The petition is disposed of in the aforesaid directions. 5.
