The present suit has been filed by the plaintiff praying for decree of declaration and partition.

During pendency of the present proceedings, the parties were referred to mediation vide order dated 28.11.2025, where the parties have arrived at settlement, terms whereof have been reduced in writing in the form of settlement agreement dated 11.12.2025.

A copy of the settlement agreement dated 11.12.2025 has been received from the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre, and the same is on record.

their respective counsels whereas defendant no.5 is physically present in court.

Likewise, defendant nos. 1, 2, 7 & 8 have joined through VC. 6.
All the learned counsel for the parties, as well as, the parties affirm the factum of settlement and urge the Court that the suit may be decreed in terms of the settlement.

Having perused the settlement, which is in writing and signed by all the parties to the suit, this Court is of the view that there is no legal impediment in decreeing the suit in terms of the settlement. 8.
Accordingly, the suit is decreed in terms of settlement agreement dated 11.12.2025, which shall form part of the record. The parties shall remain bound by the terms of settlement.

Let decree be drawn accordingly.
