By way of the present application under Section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, the applicant seeks regular bail in connection with FIR No. 168/2023 dated 23.06.2023, registered at Police Station Special Cell, New Delhi, under Sections 21/22/29 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985. 2.
Mr. Yudhvir Singh Chauhan, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, points out that the case is listed before the learned Special Court for framing of charges on 25.03.2026.

In view of the above, Mr. Pankaj Kumar Agrawal, learned counsel for the applicant, seeks permission to withdraw this application, without prejudice to the right of the applicant to renew his application for bail before the learned Special Court after framing of charges. 4.
The application is dismissed as withdrawn in terms of the above submission.
