The present appeal has been filed Under Order 43 Rule 1(A) read with Section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 to set aside the order dated 19.10.2023 passed by the learned Princpal District and Session Judge, South West District, Dwarka Court, Delhi, (hereinafter referred as „PDSJ‟), wherein, the learned PDSJ made a observation that the subject matter of the suit falls within the scope and ambit of Section 7(1)(d) of Family Courts Act, 1984 and has ordered that C.S.
