CORAM:

HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE VIBHU BAKHRU

O R D E R

% 23.10.2019 1.

The petitioners have filed the present petition, inter alia, praying that directions be issued to respondent nos.3 to 6 (who are family members of petitioner no.1) and their associates, restraining them from creating nuisance or harassing the petitioners.

2.

The petitioners state that they have married against the wishes of the family members of petitioner no.1. Being unhappy with the same, the family members of petitioner no.1 (particularly, respondent nos.3 to 6) have been holding out threats to the petitioners.

3.

In view of the above, SHO Kalindi Kunj is directed to evaluate the threat perception and provide the petitioners such security as he considers necessary. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners contends that

adequate protection has been provided to the petitioners in terms of the order dated 14.10.2019. The said order is made absolute. 4.

The petitioners also pray that respondent no.2 be directed to initiate action against respondent nos.3 to 6.

This Court does not consider it apposite to pass any directions in this regard. All alternative remedies of the petitioners in this regard are reserved.

5.

The petition is disposed of with the aforesaid observations. The pending application is disposed of.
