The present petition has been filed by the petitioner under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, assailing the order dated 05th December, 2025 passed by the learned Trial Court in Execution No. 1144/2018 and order dated 03rd September, 2024 passed by the learned Trial Court in M DJ No. 628/2018.

After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present petition with liberty to avail other legal remedies in accordance with law.
