After some arguments, learned counsel for the appellant states that the appellant would, without prejudice to its rights and contentions, comply with the impugned orders dated 15th January, 2024 and 30th October, 2023 within a week. He, however, prays for liberty to agitate all his submissions and contentions before the learned Single Judge.
