O.M.P.(MISC.)(COMM.) 452/2019 This petition has been filed by the petitioner under Section 29A (5) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 for extending the period for the Arbitral Tribunal to complete the proceedings and render the award by six months.

Ms. Radhika Arora, Adv. who appears for the respondents has given her consent for extension of time.

Accordingly, the petition is disposed of extending the time for the Arbitral Tribunal to complete the proceedings and render the Award by a period of six months w.e.f November 14, 2019. The petition stands disposed of.
