This Appeal has been filed by the Appellant under Section 19(1) (4) of Family Court Act read with Section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 seeking setting aside of the Impugned Judgment dated 28.11.2023 passed by learned Judge Family Court, Central District, Tis Hazari Court, Delhi in HMA no. 5862654/2016. 2.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Appellant has informed this Court that the matter has already been amicably settled between the parties and thus, the present Appeal has become infructuous.
