Vide order dated 21.05.2024, the Hon'ble Court has, inter alia, passed the following order:- ".....
7. The title deeds are stated to have now been deposited as per the order of the worthy Registry General. Insofar as the title deeds are concerned, in the sealed envelope containing the title deeds as per ld. Counsel for the Respondent No.1 some of the pages are missing in the said title deeds.
The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.
8. After hearing parties, it is directed that the title deeds that have been handed over to the worthy Registrar General of the Court, shall now be handed over to the Respondent's counsel in the presence of the Respondent's representative. Any discrepancies in the title deeds shall now be dealt with by the ld. Arbitrator.....
10. Let the parties appear before the Registrar General for release of title deeds on 27th May, 2024."

In compliance of the aforesaid order passed by the Hon'ble Court, the original sale deeds which were kept in the safe custody at serial No.4783 with the concerned branch have been called and the brown coloured sealed envelope bearing the particulars of the present case as received from the branch has been opened in presence of both the learned counsel for the parties as well as their respective representatives. The original sale deeds details of which are mentioned in the report Annexure A forming part of the earlier order dated 17.05.2024 of this court have been handed over to learned counsel for the respondent and receiving thereof have also been taken on their respective copies from Mr.
Sahil Arya, respondent No.7/authorised representative of respondent and the said copies containing receivings have been handed over to the Deputy Registrar of the concerned Branch. 3.
Learned counsel for the respondent submits that some of the pages of sale deed bearing registration Nos.1451, 4660, 8002, 1893, 5179, 5254, 2435, 2438, 2436, 2439, 2523, 579, 2280, 3176, 10058, 4067, 1283, 2278, 2279 which are mentioned at serial No.1, 2, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20 and 22 of the report dated 17.05.2024 (Annexure A) are missing. Learned counsel for the appellant has objected to the aforesaid submissions of the learned counsel for the respondent submitting that the sale deed as given to them by the respondent were deposited in the court. 4.

that any discrepancies in the title deeds is to be dealt with by learned Arbitrator and this court was only tasked to handover the title deeds to the respondent's counsel in presence of representative of the respondents, which has already been carried out by this court in terms of the orders of the Hon'ble Court.

In view of the above, the orders of the Hon'ble Court has been complied with.
