% 21.11.2019 The present petition has been instituted seeking transfer of case arising out of FIR No. 79/2019, under Sections 406/420/120B IPC, registered at police station Subhash Palace, New Delhi from the Court of learned CMM, Rohini Courts to the court of learned CMM, South District, Saket Courts where proceedings of other matter in FIR No. 35/2019, under Section 409/420/120B IPC, registered at police station EOW are pending for disposal.
Chargesheet has also been filed by EOW in the court of learned CMM, South District, Saket, New Delhi.
Learned APP for the State-Respondent no.1 and learned counsel for respondent nos. 2 and 3 have no objection if the case is transferred from Rohini Court to Saket Court, as the offences in both FIRs are connected and the Investigating Officer is the same.
Heard.
In view of the above submissions, this case arising out of FIR No. 79/2019, under Sections 406/420/120B IPC, registered at police station Subhash Palace, New Delhi is transferred to learned CMM, District South, Saket, New Delhi for 29th November, 2019, i.e. the date already fixed in FIR No. 35/2019, under Section 409/420/120B IPC, registered at police station EOW.
