This is a petition under Section 29(A) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 seeking extension of the mandate of the Arbitrator. The Arbitrator entered reference in the matter on 8th December, 2020. The dispute between the parties pertains to two projects Sarju II and Sarju III. The matter is pending before the ld. Sole Arbitrator. Arguments are stated to have concluded and the award is to be rendered. 3.

Accordingly, extension of three months till 1st May, 2024, as prayed for, is granted.
