% 25.01.2024 The present petition has been filed under Sections 29A(5) and 29A(4) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 seeking an extension of the mandate for the publication of arbitral award. The learned Arbitrator was appointed by the Court vide order dated 21.07.2017. The mandate is stated to be expiring on 31.01.2024. It has been submitted by both the parties that mandate may be extended for a further two months. Considering the aforesaid request and the no objection given by the other side, the present petition is allowed and the mandate of the Arbitral Tribunal is extended for two months from 31.01.2024. In view of the submissions of both parties, the mandate is extended till 31.03.2024.
The present petition stands disposed of.
