At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is ready and willing to hand over the keys alongwith the vacant possession of the subject premises to the respondent. The respondent has no objection in accpeting the same.

As such, the said keys have been handed over to the learned counsel for the respondent by the petitioner present in person during the course of proceedings before this Court.

In view thereof, learned counsel for the petitioner appearing alongwith the petitioner in person seeks leave to withdraw the present petition, to which learned counsel for the respondent appearing alongwith the respondent in person has no objection.
