This matter has been listed before this Court consequent to a communication received from the Principal Judge, Dwarka Courts to the effect that both Family Courts situated in Dwarka, who have jurisdiction to deal with this case have recused and, therefore the matter would require to be placed before the Family Courts in another district court.

I am informed that there are connected litigations pending between the parties in the Tis Hazari as well as Rohini Courts. 3.

The wife, as one of the parties to this dispute, is staying in her parental home at Shalimar Bagh.

As such, HMA 5862185/16 (Manish Chadha v. to deal with the matter from the stage at which it stands today. 5.
