The matter has been placed before this Court by the learned Joint Registrar (J).

The order dated 10.09.2024, records that the plaintiff, defendant nos. 1, 2 and 3 duly appeared before the learned Joint Registrar (J) and their statements confirming the execution of the settlement agreement dated 19.10.2023 ['Settlement Agreement'], before Samadhan-Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre, have been recorded on oath. 3.
Learned counsels for the parties' state that the essential terms of the settlement qua the apportionment of the estate of late Shri Hari Ram and late Smt. Shanti Devi, have been set out in the Settlement Agreement, more CS(OS) 62/2023 The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. specifically, at Clauses 1 to 6 therein. And, with the said apportionment, the rights of the parties in the estate of late Shri Hari Ram and late Smt. Shanti Devi stand fully and finally settled. They state that the present suit be decreed in terms of the said Settlement Agreement. 4.
Learned counsel for the parties' state that defendant no. 4 be deleted from the array of the parties, since no relief is sought against defendant no. 4 under the decree.

Accordingly, defendant no. 4 is hereby deleted from the array of the parties. The plaintiff is directed to file amended memo of parties within two
(2) weeks.

This Court has perused the Settlement Agreement and is satisfied that the same is lawful. Further, in view of the consent of the parties recording their satisfaction of the terms of the Settlement Agreement, this Court finds no impediment in decreeing the suit. Keeping in view the aforenoted facts, the present suit is decreed in terms of the settlement agreement dated 19.10.2023. It is further directed that the Settlement Agreement shall form part of the decree.

Upon filing of the amended memo of parties, the registry is directed to draw up a decree sheet in terms thereof.

The pending applications, if any, stands disposed of. 9.
Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
10.
All future dates stand cancelled.
