O.M.P.(MISC.)(COMM.) 490/2019 The counsel for the petitioner states, this petition has been filed by the petitioner under Section 29A of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 for extending the time for the Sole Arbitrator to complete the proceedings and render the award by a period of three months (even though prayed for two months) w.e.f December 7, 2019.

Learned counsel appearing for the respondent has given his consent for the extension of time.

Accordingly, the time for the Sole Arbitrator to complete the proceedings and render the award is extended by a period of three months w.e.f December 7, 2019.

The petition stands disposed of.
