By this petition the petitioner had sought completion of investigation in FIR No. 169/2016 under Sections 468/471/420 IPC registered at PS Kamla Market.

A status report has been filed by State indicating that after the FSL report regarding the opinion on the hand writing a closure report has been prepared and filed before the court of learned Metropolitan Magistrate Shri Kapil Kumar, Tis Hazari Courts on 26th August, 2018. 3.

In view of this status report, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present petition with liberty to take remedies before the learned Metropolitan Magistrate.
