In pursuance to the order dated 30.09.2019, Mr. Sushil Kumar Singh, learned counsel enters appearance on behalf of the respondent. The respondent is also present. Both the parties state that they are ready and willing to explore the possibility of arriving at a one time settlement on the issue of alimony and maintenance in respect of the minor child of the parties, (10 years old girl), who is in the custody of the appellant/wife.

Accordingly, with the consent of the parties and without prejudice to their respective rights and contentions, they are directed MAT.APP.(F.C.) 252/2019

to appear before the Mediator, to be appointed by the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre, on 28.11.2019 at 2.30 PM. The parties along with their respective counsel shall appear before the Mediator on the said date. The learned Mediator shall have discussions with the parties and submit a report before the next date of hearing.
