During the course of hearing, respondent No.4, who is the father of petitioner No.2, states that he has no objection to the marriage of his daughter Anju with petitioner No.1/ Sunil Kumar. He assures that he or his wife shall not cause any harm to them, or pressurize, or coerce them in any manner.

In view of the aforesaid, this petition does not survive. The same is, accordingly, disposed of as such.
