The present petition has been taken up on mentioning. 2.

Learned counsel for petitioner submits that application seeking modification of order dated 24.07.2024 has been filed vide Diary No.2567947 dated 27.07.2024.

Registry is directed to place the same on record. 4.

Learned counsel for the petitioners pointed out that in Para- 2 of order dated 24.07.2024, due to typographical error it has been erroneously mentioned that till further orders, orders dated 19.10.2022, 10.02.2023 and 16.08.2023 shall not be pressed by learned counsel for the petitioner, whereas the direction was qua the respondent. 5.

Vide order dated 24.07.2024, this Court observed as under: "2. Learned counsel for petitioners, on instructions, submits that interim order dated 11.10.2023, passed by the learned Tribunal, staying respondent's suspension beyond the period of ninety days, vide order dated 19.10.2022, W.P.(C) 1123/2024 The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. 10.02.2023 and 16.08.2023 till further orders, is not pressed and seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the present petition."

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits before this Court that the respondent is still under suspension. Therefore, the direction passed by this Court is contrary to the record.

Relevantly by virtue of order dated 11.10.2023, the learned Tribunal stayed operation of the extension of applicant's (respondent herein) suspension beyond the period of ninety days ordered vide order dated 19.10.2022, 10.02.2023 and 16.08.2023 till further orders. 8.

We find substance in the aforesaid submission made by learned Counsel for petitioners.

Accordingly, Para- 2 of order dated 24.07.2024 stands deleted.
