The present writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to de-seal the property bearing No. 190, Basement, Saini Enclave, Delhi- 110092. 2.

Counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents on advance notice submits that the petitioners' property has been sealed under the instructions of the Monitoring Committee appointed by the Supreme Court of India in M.C. Mehta v. Union of India, W.P. (Civil) 4677/1985 (hereinafter the 'Monitoring Committee'). Accordingly, it is submitted that the appropriate remedy for the petitioners would be to approach the Monitoring Committee. 3.

In view of the above, counsel for the petitioners seeks to withdraw the present petition with liberty to approach the Monitoring Committee. 4.

The petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty. 5.
