The challenge in this petition is to a posting order of the petitioner from MH Wellington, Tamilnadu to Leimakhong, Manipur. 2.

We have heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the respondents. We are not inclined to interfere with the posting order. 3.

At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the respondents be directed to grant him leave on his joining at Leimakhong, The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. Manipur for the petitioner to come back to MH Wellington to ensure that his mother who is suffering from Cancer and the other family members are settled while the petitioner continues with his posting at Leimakhong, Manipur.

Noting the said submission, appropriate be, the petitioner shall join his place of posting at Leimakhong, Manipur, by availing the joining period. He after joining the place of posting he shall apply for the leave which shall be favourably considered by the respondents subject to exigencies of the service.

With the above terms, the petition alongwith the pending application is disposed of.
