The present writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to respondent no. 1/ Delhi Jal Board to grant an independent water connection to the petitioner for the Third Floor of the property bearing Flat No. K-4/AB, Third Floor, Kalkaji, New Delhi-110019, of which the petitioner is the owner.

Notice is accepted by counsel appearing on behalf of respondent no. 1.
