O R D E R

The present petition raises a grievance as regards alleged illegal and unauthorised construction being carried out by the respondent no.4 at property bearing Old No.439 and New House No.C-2/335-B, Old Gali No.6, Batla House, Jamia Nagar, out of Khasra No.120 and 121, New Delhi110025. 2.

Learned counsel for the MCD, who appears on advance notice, submits that the property in question has been booked on 23.01.2024; a demolition order qua the said property has already been issued on The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. Learned counsel for the MCD, on instructions, submits that requisite action in accordance with law shall be taken qua the illegal and unauthorised construction.

Binding the respondent no.1/MCD to the aforesaid statement, the present petition, along with the pending application, is disposed of. 5.

Needless to say, the concerned SHO, PS Jamia Nagar shall provide requisite assistance to the respondent no.1/MCD for the purpose of action to be taken by the MCD qua the property in question.
