It appears that during the pendency of the instant petition, the election in question has already been conducted and the new body has also been elected on 14.07.2024.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, however, raises certain grievances with respect to the manner in which the respondents have taken action against the petitioner.

recourse in accordance with law to challenge any of the actions which according to him have been taken by the respondent illegally or unauthorisedly.
