This hearing has been done through hybrid mode. 2.

The present petition under Sections 10 and 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act seeks the following prayers:- "35. It is, therefore, respectfully prayed that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to initiate contempt proceedings against the respondents and be pleased to hold the respondents guilty of contempt of order dated 13-12-2007 passed in WP(C) No. 18530/06 and be further pleased to prosecute and punish them for the said contempt by putting them in civil imprisonment and by attaching their respective properties. The respondents be further directed to purge the contempt by canceling any third party interest over the said plot and to obey the order passed by the Hon'ble Delhi high Court dated 13-12-2006 in WP(C) No. 18530/06.

Cost of the petition be allowed to the petitioner. Any other relief which this Hon'ble Court deems fit may also be allowed to the petitioner."

The present petition was adjourned sine die by the learned Predecessor Bench of this Court vide order dated 08.08.2012, by observing as under:- The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. "In terms of order of passed in W.P.(C) No. 18530/2006, this petition is adjourned sine-die with liberty to either side to get it revived as and when the decision in EPA No. 1670/2006, titled as Government of NCT of Delhi and Ors vs. Shreeyans Educational Society, pending before the Division Bench of this Court is rendered."

The matter was listed pursuant to the Minutes of the Hon'ble Case Flow Management Committee and approval of Hon'ble the Chief Justice. 5.

Learned counsel for the respondent submits that LPA No. 1670/2006 was dismissed by learned Division Bench on 15.01.2014. It is further submitted that writ petition being W.P.(C) 18530/2006 filed on behalf of the petitioner was also dismissed as withdrawn on 15.12.2014 by the learned Single Judge of this Court.

The court notice issued to the petitioner vide order dated 17.02.2026 has come back with the following remarks:- "Petitioner: Unserved with report that there is no such office of the society mentioned in the office."

None appears on behalf of the petitioner today. None had appeared on behalf of the petitioner on the last dates of hearing as well, i.e., 17.02.2026, 27.02.2026, 10.03.2026 & 23.03.2026.

In view of the above, the present petition is dismissed in default for non-prosecution and disposed of accordingly.
