% 24.02.2020 This writ petition is filed seeking an appropriate direction to respondents No.1 and 2 to demolish the dilapidated structure of the property bearing No.2/43, Harijan Basti, New Rohtak Road, New Delhi. A status report has been filed by respondent No.1/North DMC. As per the status report, the property in question was declared as dangerous and a direction was issued to the owner/occupier to demolish the said property within seven days. A notice dated 12.12.2019 was also issued to the owner/occupier to vacate the said property. A demolition action was initiated on 18.12.2019 wherein roof of ground and first floor were demolished partly.

It is manifest that respondent No.1/North DMC is taking appropriate steps as per law, nothing further survives in the present writ petition. None has appeared for the petitioner. The petition is disposed of. All pending applications, if any, are also disposed of.
