It is submitted that since certain relevant files are not available, a mini draw will be held for the purpose of completing the allotment formalities. Let the requisite formalities be completed within a period of eight weeks from today.

The above redresses the grievance of the petitioner as canvassed in the present petition; no further orders are required to be passed in the present petition.
