It is informed that in the order dated 23.04.2024, condition of furnishing personal bond/surety bond is inadvertently not mentioned. 3.

Accordingly, order dated 23.04.2024 is modified to the extent that petitioner shall furnish a personal bond in the sum of Rs.10,000/- with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of Jail Superintendent. Notably, the petitioner was granted furlough for a period of 3 weeks, which shall commence from the date of his release.
