The present petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India read with Section 151 of the CPC seeks the following prayers: "(a) Allow the present application and may set aside the order dated 23.12.2025 passed by the Learned Judge, Family Court, North-West, Rohini, Delhi in HMA No. 2306/2025; (b) Pass such other or further order(s) as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case." 4.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present petition with liberty to move an appropriate application before the learned Family Court to refer the parties to the Mediation Centre. 5.
