Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 ('Cr.P.C.') has been preferred on behalf of the petitioner seeking release on parole for two months in FIR No. 237/2014 under Section 6 of the POCSO Act registered at PS: Kapashera, Delhi.
