Vide this petition, the petitioner is seeking issuance of writ or mandamus and/or directions for their protection from respondent No.2 to 8 as they apprehend threat to his life from them. 2.

Learned Additional Public Prosecutor for State submits that protection required will be provided to the petitioner.

Let mobile number of Beat Constable, Division Officer as well as SHO be provided to the petitioners forthwith so that in case of an exigency, petitioners can contact the concerned officials. 4.

IO Inspector present in Court states that all protection will be provided to the petitioner and he will personally visit the place and make the respondents understand not to indulge in any kind of criminal activity. 5.

In view of above, learned counsel for petitioners does not press this

petition.
