The present bail application has been filed seeking anticipatory bail in FIR No. 417/2019 under Sections 341/336/34 IPC registered at Police Station Prem Nagar, Delhi.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case. He submits that in pursuance to the last order, the petitioner has joined investigation twice. He further submits that one of the co-accused, namely Raju has already been released on bail. He further submits that there is a cross FIR No. 319/2019, under Sections 451/354/354(B)/323/427/34 IPC, registered at Police Station Nangloi, Delhi lodged by the sister of co-accused Nadeem.

Learned APP for the State, on instructions, submits that the petitioner has joined the investigation and the injuries suffered by the injured is opined to be simple in nature. She, on instructions, further submits that there are no other involvements.

In view of the above facts and circumstances of the case and the fact that the petitioner has joined the investigation, it is directed that in the event of arrest, the petitioner be released on bail, subject to his furnishing personal bond in the sum of Rs.25,000/- with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Arresting Officer/Investigating Officer/SHO of the concerned police station and also subject to the following conditions:- (i) The petitioner shall join investigation as and when he is asked to do so.
(ii) The petitioner shall not directly or indirectly make any inducement, threat or promises to the complainant or any witness during the trial or tamper with the evidence. (iii) The petitioner shall provide the I.O./SHO Police Station Prem Nagar, Delhi with their mobile numbers and in the event of change of his residential addresses, shall inform the same to the I.O./SHO as well as to the concerned Court.
(iv) The petitioner shall not leave the jurisdiction of the National Capital Territory of Delhi without prior permission of the concerned Court.

The bail application is disposed of in the above terms. 6.
