Status report has been shown by the learned APP during the course of the arguments and she submits that as per the status report, the investigating agency has rather prepared a Cancellation Report and such Cancellation Report on being duly forwarded by the concerned ACP has already been filed before the concerned Court on 10.03.2026.

By virtue of the present petition, the petitioner is seeking quashing of the FIR No.111/2022 dated 16.02.2022 for commission of offences under Sections 420/468/471/34 IPC, registered at P.S. Sagar Pur, in question but in view of the abovesaid development, learned counsel for petitioner does not press the present petition, at this juncture.

He submits that in case the Cancellation Report is not accepted by the learned Trial Court or for that matter the cognizance is taken against them based on any Protest Petition filed by the opposite side, the petitioner may be given liberty to file similar kind of petition afresh before this Court. 4.
In view of the above, the present petition is disposed of as not pressed. 5.
Liberty, as prayed, is granted.
