This is a petition filed under Section 11(6) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 seeking appointment of an arbitrator to adjudicate the disputes between the parties.

The parties have arrived at a settlement on 01.07.2024 before Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre, wherein the respondent has agreed to pay a sum of ₹ 2.75 crores to the petitioner. 3.

Mr. Nanda, learned counsel for the respondent, on instructions states that the respondent is bound by the terms of the settlement. 4.

The settlement agreement dated 01.07.2024 is taken on record. 5.

Binding the parties to the terms of the settlement and granting liberty to the petitioner to invoke all legal remedies, in case the agreement is not adhered to, the petition is disposed of.
