Mr. Shukla, learned counsel for the respondent appears and has no objection to the appointment of a presiding arbitrator. 3.

For the said reasons, the petition is allowed and Mr. G.S. Sistani (Retd. Judge) (Mobile Number 9871300034) is appointed as a presiding arbitrator to adjudicate the disputes between the petitioner and the respondent.
