This suit was wrongly transferred to the Court of Distt. & Sessions Judge, Karkardooma (East) whereas it should be transferred to the Distt. & Sessions Judge Shahdara, KKD Delhi. 2.

Accordingly, the suit is transferred for decision to the concerned jurisdictional court under the Distt. & Sessions Judge, Shahdara, KKD Courts.
