The learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State submits that the respondent was acquitted solely for the reason that the victim was aware of his identity.

He submits that the learned Trial Court erroneously held that if the accused is known to the victim, he would not commit the crime by disclosing his identity and would like to hide his identity.

He submits that the respondents have a bad character and are also involved in multiple cases.
