The present writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents no.1-5 to take appropriate action for demolition of unauthorized and illegal construction carried out by the respondent no. 6 at 1848, Gali Kolian, Suiwalan, Daryaganj, Delhi - 110002 upto 5th Floor (hereinafter the 'subject property').

None appears on behalf of the petitioner even on the second call. 3.

Mr. Kumar Shashwat, counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent no.1/MCD submits that the aforesaid property has been booked on 20th January, 2026 and Work Stop Notice has also been issued on 21st January, 2026.

Taking the aforesaid statements on record, the present petition stands disposed of.
