% 29.11.2019 After some arguments, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw this habeas corpus petition with liberty to institute appropriate proceedings, in accordance with law, including but not limited proceedings under Family Courts Act, 1984, for seeking custody of the minor child of the petitioner and respondent No.2.

Leave and liberty granted.

The present petition is dismissed as withdrawn and disposed of

accordingly.
