This is an application under Section 439 Cr.P.C. seeking extension of interim bail granted to the Applicant on 12.12.2023 and extended on 05.01.2024 on the ground of his father's death. Extension of interim bail is sought for a period of four weeks on the ground that the Applicant has to prepare and appear in the examination scheduled on 18.02.2024 for recruitment to the post of Constable Civil Police, Uttar Pradesh to be conducted by the Uttar Pradesh Police Recruitment and Promotion Board, Lucknow.

After some arguments, learned counsel for the Applicant seeks permission to withdraw the present application with liberty to approach the Court once the Admit Card is issued for the said examination. 5.
Application is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for, in accordance with law.

Since the interim bail granted to the Applicant by order dated 12.12.2023 and extended by order dated 05.01.2024 expires today, he shall surrender before the concerned Jail Superintendent. 7.
Copy of the order be sent to the concerned Jail Superintendent for information.
