For the reasons mentioned in the application, the same is allowed to the extent that the applicant is permitted to leave the National Capital Region (NCR) for a period of two weeks on the condition that the applicant would speak to the Investigating Officer every evening on all the days that he is out of NCR. 4.

The applicant is also permitted to file such application in future before the learned Trial Court.
