It is pointed out by the prosecution that the petitioner has not detailed facts regarding his earlier bail application no. 1870/2022 before this Court, which was disposed of on 04.11.2022.

Vide order dated 04.11.2022, a coordinate bench of this Court had dismissed the bail application of the petitioner. 3.

On this, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has no instructions as regards to the fact that this bail application was ever filed by the petitioner, therefore, he intends to withdraw the present bail application and would consult the petitioner regarding the same. 4.

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty to withdraw the present application to file it afresh, giving all details concerning the previous bail application.
