The present petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India is preferred by the petitioner, who is aggrieved of learned MACT not giving early hearing and not passing any orders on his application to release Rs. 10 lakhs from the amount of compensation deposited with the UCO Bank Branch, Karkardooma Courts Complex, Delhi, which are required to bear the marriage expenses. 4.
Learned counsel for the petitioner has urged that the matter has been fixed for 06.02.2024 and the marriage of the petitioner is to be held on 11.02.2024.

No urgency is required in the present matter.
