Both the defendants are residing out of Delhi but plaintiff's address is addressed at Okhla, New Delhi-110065 which falls within the jurisdiction of South-East District. Hence, in view of notification of the Hon'ble Court dated 24.11.2015, matter be transferred to the court of ld. District & Sessions Judge, (South-East District), Saket.

Parties are accordingly directed to appear before ld. District & Sessions Judge (Sout-East District), Saket Courts on 21st February, 2017.

Registry is directed to immediately send the case file to the concerned District Court by the date fixed.
