O R D E R

% 19.12.2019 Learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the respondent No.2 state that in principle the said parties have arrived at an understanding, inasmuch as the respondent No.2 shall execute supplementary agreement with the respondent No.1 Wrestling Federation of India incorporating therein the special features mentioned in right column of the chart in para 19 (pages 25, 26 and 27) of the reply filed by the respondent No.2.

The statements made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and the respondent No.2 are taken on record that the supplementary agreement shall be executed within a period of one week from today and a copy thereof shall be given to the representative of the petitioner within a period of one week thereafter.

I also take on record the submission made by Mr. Tandon that the respondent No.2 shall not use the word "league" while representing the "Zee Kushti Dangal".

Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the aforesaid shall satisfy the grievance of the petitioner in this petition, the petition be treated as disposed of. Ordered accordingly.
