The present application under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 seeks the following prayers: "i) Allow the instant application and permit the petitioner to withdraw the bail application bearing no. 306/2025, titled as "Vikas Jain vs. State";

ii) Grant liberty to the petitioner to approach the learned Trial Court for seeking bail in accordance with law; and/or, iii) Any other or further order which this Hon'ble Court deems fit and proper may kindly be passed in the fact and circumstance of the present case, in the interest of justice." 3.

In view of the averments made in the application, the same is allowed and disposed of.
