The present application filed under Section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (erstwhile Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973) seeks regular bail in proceedings arising from FIR No. 194/2023 registered under Section 20 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 at P.S. Narela. 2.

Mr. Abhishek Sharma, counsel for Petitioner, on instructions, seeks to withdraw the present petition on the ground that the relief sought in the present petition has been rendered infructuous as the Petitioner has already been discharged for the offences under the aforesaid FIR. 3.
