O R D E R

The present bail application has been filed seeking anticipatory bail in FIR No. 287/2019 under Sections 379/411/34 IPC registered at P.S. Lodhi Colony.

Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant has joined the investigation. It is further submitted that the laptop has already been recovered and the same has been handed over to the Investigating Officer. 3.

Learned APP for the State, on instructions, concedes that the applicant has joined the investigation. He further submits that the charge-sheet is likely to be filed in near future.

In view of the above facts and circumstances of the case and the fact that the applicant has joined the investigation, it is directed that in the event of arrest, the applicant be released on bail, subject to his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of Rs.25,000/- with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Arresting Officer/Investigating Officer/SHO of the concerned police station and also subject to the following conditions :-

(i) The applicant shall join the investigation as and when he is asked to do so.

(ii) The applicant shall not directly or indirectly make any inducement, threat or promises to the complainant or any witness during the trial or tamper with the evidence. (iii) The applicant shall provide the I.O./SHO P.S. Lodhi Colony with his mobile/landline number and in the event of change of his mobile/landline number or residential address, shall inform the same to the I.O./SHO as well as to the concerned Court.

(iv) The applicant shall not leave the jurisdiction of the National Capital Territory of Delhi without prior permission of the of concerned Court.

(v) The applicant shall remain regularly present before the Trial Court.

The bail application is disposed of in the above terms. 6.

Copy of the order be given dasti to the learned counsel for the applicant.
